Quezy offers various subscription plans. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles are specified during the subscription process. Subscriptions may be canceled according to the terms of your specific plan.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, Quezy is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quezy and Ternair Holding BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use Quezy will immediately cease.
